The NitroFill E-160 Nitrogen Generation and Conversion Station is designed to provide a reliable and efficient solution for automotive shops that service cars, smaller pickup trucks, and SUVs. Combining NitroFill’s proven nitrogen generation technology with a compact 6 CFM output, the E-160 can convert up to four tires to nitrogen simultaneously at the touch of a button. Its fully automated operation and programmable controls help simplify the tire inflation process while maintaining consistent nitrogen delivery.
Built for everyday shop use, the E-160 uses an advanced PSA nitrogen generation system with adjustable nitrogen purity from 95% to 99%+. Twin exterior-mounted high-performance inlet air filters help support the generation system, while the large back-lit LCD display provides clear operating information along with audio and visual signals. The system also includes self-diagnostic and error-reporting functions to help technicians monitor operation and identify issues.
The E-160 provides 6 CFM nitrogen output and supports an operating range of 5 to 90 PSI, with an accuracy of ±1 PSI and selectable pressure units including PSI, kPa, and bar. Advanced operating modes such as Auto-On, Auto-Off, and Over-Pressure allow the system to be configured for different service requirements.
