The NitroFill E-135 Nitrogen Generation System is designed for automotive service facilities that need a reliable nitrogen source for servicing and topping off nitrogen-filled tires without requiring a high-volume conversion station. With a 3 CFM nitrogen output and purity of up to 99.9%, the E-135 provides a continuous supply of nitrogen for tire top-offs, calibration, and light-duty nitrogen conversions. It is especially suited for facilities that want a dedicated nitrogen source without tying up their primary generator.
An integrated automatic inflator makes tire pressure adjustment simple and precise. After selecting the desired inflation pressure, the technician connects the air chuck to the tire valve and waits for the audible signal. The E-135 automatically inflates or deflates the tire to the selected pressure, with accuracy of ±0.5 PSI. Self-calibration, self-diagnostic functions, automatic start, a back-lit LCD display, and an adjustable over-pressure setting provide straightforward operation for daily tire service.
The E-135 uses an advanced PSA nitrogen generation system and comes fully assembled for plug-and-play installation. It operates from 5 to 102 PSI and requires a minimum 5 CFM, 150 PSI shop air compressor.
