Tire inspection can be time-consuming and physically demanding when heavy tires need to be loaded, raised, and repositioned repeatedly. The Branick 5600 Series Heavy-Duty Tire Spreader is designed to simplify these tasks with an integrated loading ramp and foot-operated lift, allowing technicians to move and position tires with less manual lifting. The system is also capable of handling super singles.
Once the tire is positioned, the foot-operated lift raises and lowers the cradle to an adjustable working height of 15"–32". Hand controls on both sides provide convenient operation around the machine, while three bi-directional foot controls allow the tire to be rotated in either direction. Variable-speed operation and an electric motor provide smooth, quiet performance during inspection.
For facilities focused on higher productivity, the Branick 5600 can be configured with a Pass-Thru ramp to help keep tires moving through the service area. With support for tires up to 24.5" bead diameter and 18" cross-section, the 5600 Series provides a practical solution for commercial tire inspection and service operations.
